- • This is a full-time, remote position, requiring you to work from home anywhere within the State of Nebraska or the immediate Omaha metro area.
- • The role involves a structured training program, including 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Central Time Zone), which is interactive and requires camera and audio usage.
- • Post-training, you will work a flexible 8.5-hour shift between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm (Central Time Zone), Monday to Friday.
- • You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and supportive environment for our members, acting as a knowledgeable resource and problem-solver.
