- • Serve as the front-line ambassador for 1840 & Company’s subscription-based customers, delivering memorable, brand-consistent support that turns inquiries into long-term loyalty and fuels our global expansion across 150+ countries.
- • Own the full customer journey—answer, screen, and follow up on incoming calls, emails, and live chats—ensuring every interaction is resolved within agreed SLAs and documented accurately in our CRM for seamless hand-offs and future reference.
- • Master our administrative systems and proprietary technology stack, continuously suggesting process tweaks that shave seconds off handle time and elevate the overall customer experience.
- • Collaborate closely with teammates in the Philippines, India, Ukraine, South Africa, Argentina, and the U.S. to share insights, escalate complex cases, and champion customer feedback that directly influences product roadmaps and service enhancements.
- • Drive proactive outreach to existing and newly acquired subscribers, identifying upsell opportunities, reducing churn, and reinforcing the value proposition of 1840 & Company’s BPO and remote talent solutions.
- • Balance multiple queues and deadlines simultaneously—whether it’s billing clarifications, technical troubleshooting, or renewal negotiations—while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a calm, empathetic tone.
- • Embrace a graveyard-shift schedule (U.S. business hours) from the comfort of your home anywhere in the Philippines, leveraging your independence and self-management skills to stay productive without constant supervision.
- • Contribute to weekly performance huddles and monthly calibration sessions, using data-driven storytelling to highlight wins, surface pain points, and co-create action plans that keep our small corporate team agile and customer-obsessed.
