- • The Customer Service Representative at GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service to end customers, overseas distributors, and subsidiaries, supporting the full order-to-shipment process with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, processing, and managing customer orders through company systems, responding promptly to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining strong product and supply chain knowledge, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics) to resolve disputes and service issues.
- • GE HealthCare is a global leader in medical technology and digital solutions, committed to improving patient outcomes through innovation, quality, and service excellence, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in healthcare industry customer service, enhance cross-functional collaboration skills, gain proficiency in enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives while building trusted relationships with customers and commercial partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
- • Experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and/or Life Sciences industry
- • Proven critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems and make effective, timely decisions
- • Experience using Smartsheet, SAP, Salesforce.com, or similar tools
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; multilingual capability (Spanish desirable)
- • High level of competency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve results
