- • As a Customer Service Representative at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will play a vital role in helping golf facilities maximize the value of Club Prophet Software through onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Day to day, you will learn product offerings, guide customers through installation and onboarding, build strong relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, manage ticketing systems, provide multi-channel support (chat, email, phone), share feedback with internal teams, and maintain high satisfaction while handling a high volume of tickets.
- • You will join the Club Prophet team within Fullsteam, a mission-driven organization of over 1,900 employees dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses with innovative software and embedded payment solutions, where teamwork, continuous learning, and customer-first values are central to the culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, strengthen technical and interpersonal skills, gain experience in SaaS support and customer success, and grow within a fast-paced, innovative tech company that values employee development and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ months of experience in a call center, customer support, or technical support environment
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
- • Availability to work within call center hours (7:45 AM – 7:00 PM EST), with a primary shift of 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- • Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer support (air and automobile travel)
- • Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software and systems
