- • As a Customer Service Representative at YETI Holdings, Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and technical support, playing a vital role in upholding YETI’s reputation for exceptional service and building enduring customer relationships that reinforce the brand’s mission of enabling extraordinary outdoor experiences.
- • You will handle a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels—including phone, email, social media, Bazaarvoice, and case management systems—ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to all inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures and brand standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include placing and modifying orders, checking real-time inventory levels, communicating shipping timelines and potential delays, correcting mis-shipments, generating return authorizations, and managing backorders and hold orders with precise tracking and proactive customer communication.
- • You will act as the designated point person for all Pro Purchase platforms, providing specialized support to commercial, government, and institutional buyers while ensuring compliance with government purchasing requirements and preventing unauthorized redistribution or freight forwarding of YETI products globally.
- • You will maintain deep expertise in MYSTERY RANCH’s legacy and current product lines, leveraging this knowledge to provide informed recommendations, troubleshoot product-specific issues, and educate customers on proper use, care, and capabilities of gear ranging from backpacks to apparel and accessories.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Operations, Production, Product Development, and Sales to relay customer feedback, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvements in product design, supply chain efficiency, and service delivery.
- • You will document all customer interactions with meticulous detail in NetSuite and CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer profiles, tracking feedback for management review, and supporting data-driven decisions that enhance the overall customer experience.
- • You will follow established accounting and NetSuite procedures for all transactional activities, demonstrating a strong grasp of financial controls and system integrity while maintaining compliance with internal audit and reporting standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Greater than 2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in retail, outdoor gear, or e-commerce environments.
- • Strong familiarity with MYSTERY RANCH products, including their technical specifications, intended use, and performance capabilities across various outdoor activities.
- • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- • Proficiency with computer applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, including NetSuite and CRM platforms.
- • An outgoing, welcoming, and energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering personalized, solution-oriented service.
- • Extremely high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing, inventory checks, return authorizations, and customer data documentation.
