🎯 Requirements
- • 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
- • 1 year of customer service experience required; experience in contact center is a plus
- • Able to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessment
- • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- • Eagerness to learn new technologies
- • Ability to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout day-to-day work
