• • As a Customer Service Representative - Infraction Review at NewEra Technologies Ltd., you will play a critical role in supporting parking enforcement operations across Canada by analyzing and processing electronic parking violations with accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures the integrity of parking data and supports seamless enforcement workflows, directly contributing to public safety and municipal operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include validating parking session details such as entry, violation, and exit timestamps, reviewing vehicle photo flows, entering data into multiple systems, navigating various databases simultaneously, identifying and reporting technical software errors, assisting with hardware asset management, processing shipping and receiving of equipment, and supporting special projects as directed by supervisors. You will also provide troubleshooting support for parking camera obstructions, adjustments, and focusing issues.
