- • As a Customer Service Representative at Luminare Health (HCSC), you will be a vital part of a purpose-driven organization that values employee growth and invests in professional development through curated career plans.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling a high volume of telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from members, providers, and clients regarding benefits, eligibility, claim status, and disposition, while accurately documenting all interactions using multiple systems and adhering to Luminare Health guidelines.
- • You will join a dedicated team operating in a fast-paced, structured service environment, supporting HCSC’s mission to deliver quality service with respect and accuracy across a seven-day-a-week operation that includes rotating weekend shifts.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop strong problem-solving, communication, and systems navigation skills, gain experience in healthcare benefits administration, and build a foundation for long-term career growth within a stable, mission-focused organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma or GED equivalent
- • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, structured service-oriented environment
- • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- • Ability to navigate multiple system applications and tools while on the phone to accurately respond to inquiries and document actions
- • Possess a private, dedicated workspace with secure, reliable high-speed internet and Ethernet capability
🏖️ Benefits
- • 4–6 week paid training program (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST)
- • Standard work hours after training: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM CST with rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts
- • Pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, eligible for annual bonus incentive
