- • As a Customer Service Representative for Modivcare, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with transportation services, playing a vital role in supporting their journey toward positive health outcomes by resolving concerns and ensuring accurate processing of requests.
- • Day to day, you will receive and document customer concerns, ensure accurate trip data entry, follow company procedures, multitask across systems to extract necessary information, refer unresolved grievances, and educate members on services and insurance coverage while supporting a 24/7/365 contact center environment that may require night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, gain experience with healthcare transportation systems, and build a foundation for growth in customer service or healthcare operations while working remotely from Maine with structured training and clear performance expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- • 0-2 years of related experience or 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
- • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
- • Ability to work independently under general supervision with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- • Willingness to work overtime as required and attend 100% of training on camera for the first 30 days
- • Must live in Maine and meet remote work requirements: high-speed internet (25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload), ability to hardwire to modem, and a dedicated private workspace
