📋 Description
- • As a Customer Service Representative at Modivcare, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with transportation services, playing a vital role in supporting their journey toward positive health outcomes by resolving concerns and ensuring accurate processing of requests.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and documenting customer concerns, ensuring accurate trip data entry, following company procedures, referring unresolved issues to appropriate departments, multitasking across systems, and educating members on services and insurance coverage in a 24/7/365 contact center environment that may require night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- • Modivcare is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare through reliable transportation services, fostering a supportive team environment where employees contribute to meaningful health outcomes for members across New Jersey.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills while gaining experience in healthcare support operations, with opportunities to build expertise in customer service, system navigation, and compassionate member engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • 0-2 years of related experience
- • 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
- • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
- • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
