  • • As a Customer Service Representative at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will be an integral part of the Club Prophet team, a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology. Your primary mission will be to empower golf facilities to flourish by ensuring they maximize the value derived from Club Prophet Software. This role is crucial in fostering customer success and satisfaction, acting as a key liaison between our clients and our innovative technology solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire adoption lifecycle, from initial installation and comprehensive training to ongoing support. This involves understanding their unique business objectives and translating them into effective software utilization, thereby building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve continuous learning and maintaining an expert-level understanding of our product suite. You will educate customers on the full functionality and diverse applications of our software, ensuring they are leveraging its capabilities to their fullest potential.
  • • Beyond direct customer interaction, you will play a vital role in software analysis and testing. This includes documenting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and testing software based on user specifications and identified technical issues. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our product and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • • Efficiently managing customer interactions is paramount. You will meticulously track all communications and maintain organized customer data using our designated ticketing tools, ensuring a clear and accessible history of support and engagement.
  • • You will provide multi-channel support, including live chat, email, and phone. This involves creating detailed records of any software "bugs" or issues reported by clients and diligently performing follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • • Your role extends to being a voice for the customer within Fullsteam. You will provide crucial customer insights and feedback to various internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Project Management, contributing to product enhancements and strategic decision-making.
  • • Proactive engagement with existing customers is key to ensuring their continued successful adoption and satisfaction with the platform. You will identify opportunities to deepen their engagement and ensure they are aware of new features and best practices.
  • • Maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction is a core objective. This will be achieved by providing fast, accurate, and empathetic responses while efficiently closing a high volume of support tickets.
  • • You will support leadership by actively contributing to key business initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to the overall success and growth of the company.
  • • This part-time position requires dedication to working 25-30 hours per week, with set working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, offering a flexible remote work environment within the US.
