- • The Customer Service Representative (Remote) role at ABC Legal Services LLC is essential to maintaining the company’s reputation as a national leader in service of process by ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic resolution of customer inquiries and order-related issues.
- • Day to day, the representative will respond to customer support tickets, manage high-volume phone calls for existing and new order assistance, handle email correspondence from customers and internal teams, document issues in Confluence, and occasionally visit court dockets to retrieve case filing information or pull filed papers.
