- • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Sharecare, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting members and providers by delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service across telephone and email channels, directly contributing to improved healthcare experiences and outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing caller needs, formulating timely resolutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, accurately documenting interactions in a computerized system, educating callers on program benefits, and meeting or exceeding call center metrics for quality, attendance, and performance.
- • Sharecare is a digital healthcare company dedicated to improving care quality, driving better health outcomes, and lowering costs through data-driven AI insights, evidence-based resources, and a comprehensive platform serving health plans, health systems, physician practices, and pharmaceutical brands.

🎯 Requirements
