- • As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health Corporation, you will serve as a compassionate advocate for members, providers, and employers navigating healthcare benefits and claims, directly contributing to a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience for individuals and communities.
- • Your daily responsibilities will include actively listening to and understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries efficiently while documenting all interactions, educating customers about their benefits and available resources, anticipating needs to provide proactive solutions, collaborating with team members and other departments to improve service outcomes, maintaining confidential records of patient information, and adhering strictly to CVS/Aetna policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ months of customer service experience
- • Basic computer skills
- • Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) Zone
- • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- • High-speed internet access suitable for remote work
- • Willingness to work specific hours with flexibility
