📋 Description
- • Customer Service Representative role focused on supporting members with transportation services and health-related inquiries, serving as the first point of contact to ensure accurate and timely resolution of concerns.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and documenting customer concerns, inputting accurate trip data into systems, following company protocols, multitasking across multiple systems, educating members on services and insurance coverage, and supporting a 24/7/365 contact center environment with potential night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- • Modivcare is a service-oriented organization dedicated to improving members' health outcomes through reliable transportation and support services, emphasizing accuracy, consistency, and compassionate customer interactions.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills while gaining experience in a structured, protocol-driven environment that values consistency and member satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Graduate or GED
- • 0-2 years of related experience
- • 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to type 35 WPM or more
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
- • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
