- • Modivcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for members seeking transportation services, playing a vital role in supporting access to healthcare through reliable, timely, and compassionate service.
- • In this remote position based in West Virginia, you will handle inbound calls from members, document concerns accurately, follow company protocols, and ensure trip data is correctly entered into scheduling systems to support seamless service delivery.
- • You will work Monday through Friday with potential for nights, weekends, and holidays, providing consistent support in a 24/7/365 contact center environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and empathy.
- • As a CSR, you will educate members on available services and insurance coverage, refer complex issues to appropriate teams, and multitask across multiple systems to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- • You will be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving health outcomes by removing transportation barriers, with opportunities to grow within a supportive and inclusive team culture.
- • The role emphasizes clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to type and speak simultaneously while maintaining professionalism in all customer interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent
- • 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service environment
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with capacity to document interactions clearly and concisely
- • Ability to work independently under general supervision, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting
- • Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload), ability to hardwire to modem, and a dedicated private workspace for handling sensitive information
