- • As a Customer Service Senior Representative in Patient Scheduling for Accredo (part of The Cigna Group), you will serve as a first-line contact within the Central Nursing Team, supporting internal and external clients by clarifying information, resolving non-clinical issues, and ensuring accurate scheduling of home infusion visits.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with Nurse Managers, field staff, patients, pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing departments to schedule and reschedule home infusion visits, manage nurse assignments, monitor appointment accuracy, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, fax, and IM.
- • You will manipulate multiple Excel documents to track tasks and priorities, ensure timely and accurate data entry in appropriate systems, investigate and resolve issues, and proactively follow up on nursing mailboxes and personal communications.
- • The role is fully remote but requires candidates to reside within 50 miles of Lenexa, KS branch locations and work 8 AM–5 PM EST, with a requirement for reliable cable or fiber optic internet (minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload).

🎯 Requirements
- • High School education or GED required
- • 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
- • High proficiency and regular use of Excel and Outlook required
- • Detail orientation and excellent written and oral professional communication skills
- • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make independent decisions
- • Pro-active work ethic with ability to be managed/trained virtually
