Your proactive approach will extend to making proactive calls to customers, identifying accounts that require special attention, and working diligently to resolve any emerging problems before they escalate.
- • In this role, you may also interface with our offshore call center teams, providing guidance on processes or specialized situations. This collaborative effort ensures a consistent and high-quality service experience across all touchpoints.
- • Furthermore, your responsibilities might include preparing customer billings, addressing billing-related questions, and coordinating with collections and other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies. You may also be involved in order fulfillment, which includes receiving orders, reconciling information, updating relevant systems, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
