- • The Customer Service Supervisor - Environmental Solutions manages a team of Customer Support Specialists handling complex projects and high-level customer concerns in the hazardous waste management industry, interfacing with regulators, customers, sales, and operations to ensure smooth acceptance and disposal of waste.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring calls for demeanor and technical accuracy, determining work procedures and schedules, preparing work schedules, expediting workflow, studying and standardizing procedures for efficiency, interfacing with customers and operations to ensure project completion, providing service proposals, scheduling and coordinating transportation services, arranging off-site shipments, preparing profiles and manifests, corresponding with transportation departments, ensuring customer service supports sales in securing and maintaining clients, gathering information and completing customer audits, partnering with attorneys to draft and revise contracts, creating budgets and tracking expenditures, providing training and guidance to staff to establish, track, and achieve performance goals, managing the customer service function for smooth and efficient operations, and participating in strategic planning to sustain and grow programs and services.
