- • Customer Service Travel Representative (Remote) – Travel Industry: Support clients before, during, and after their travel planning process by providing timely communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; assisting with booking confirmations, travel changes, and service questions; resolving concerns professionally; communicating itinerary and document updates; maintaining accurate records; coordinating with suppliers and internal teams; and staying informed about travel policies and industry changes.

🎯 Requirements
