- • Customer Services - Part time hours, 4 month Contract at AnyVan Inc. in Cape Town – a fast-paced, high-energy role where you’ll be the frontline warrior supporting customers across phone and digital channels like WhatsApp, resolving queries with empathy and efficiency to maintain high Trustpilot ratings and reduce customer wait times.
- • Day to day, you’ll manage and resolve customer inquiries, use active listening and questioning skills to assess issues, escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately, keep communication records accurate in company systems, and work within shift patterns aligned to UK operating hours (SA time), including evenings and weekends.
- • Join a mission-driven team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town, and Bogota, dedicated to making moving more sustainable by saving 8,520 tonnes of carbon annually through efficient logistics technology, backed by over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe.
- • In this role, you’ll build strong customer service expertise, master multi-channel support tools (including G-Suite), develop resilience in high-pressure environments, and gain clear pathways for growth—with priority consideration for permanent roles if you perform well during the 4-month contract.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12 months+ customer services experience
- • Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute with high accuracy
- • Proficient with IT packages, especially G-Suite, and digital services
- • Strong written and verbal English language skills
- • Ability to commute to the CBD office and work shift patterns aligned to UK operating hours (SA time), including evenings, weekends, and SA public holidays as needed
