- • As a Customer Solutions Architect at Caylent, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partnering with the sales team to design and propose AWS-based solutions that drive business outcomes. Your deep AWS expertise will help organizations modernize workloads, build cloud-native applications, and achieve strategic technology goals.
- • Day to day, you will lead deep-dive architecture and design sessions with customers, author detailed proposals and statements of work, and educate clients through blogs, white papers, webinars, presentations, and direct engagement to evangelize AWS best practices.
- • Caylent is a global, fully remote cloud-native services company specializing in AWS solutions, with teams across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. The company prioritizes people, fosters technological curiosity, and values diverse perspectives in building innovative customer outcomes.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your strategic thinking, expand your influence across technical and executive audiences, and deepen your expertise in cloud-native patterns, Well-Architected frameworks, and pre-sales solution design — positioning yourself as a leader in AWS advisory services.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience architecting, building, and operating solutions on AWS
- • 10+ years of experience with infrastructure, application, database, and/or networking architecture
- • Ability to assess and align business and technical strategy with customer needs
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Superb presentation and workshop leadership skills, with ability to tailor conversations for technical SMEs to executive audiences
- • Strong understanding of cloud-native patterns and Well-Architected best practices
- • Ability to travel up to 25% (conditions permitting)
