📋 Description

  • As a Customer Success Account Manager at BTSE Holdings Limited, you will manage and grow post-implementation client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for B2C and B2B clients in the fintech and blockchain space. Your role is strategic and commercial, focused on driving product adoption, retention, and expansion by aligning client goals with BTSE’s offerings.
  • Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from BTSE’s technology and infrastructure. You will monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and develop success plans that support long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Experience working with B2B or B2C clients in technology, fintech, or SaaS industries
