- • As a Customer Success Advisor at Autodesk, you’ll collaborate with Account teams, Channel Partners, and Sales Representatives to help customers fully realize the value of their Autodesk solutions, driving adoption and long-term customer value in the AEC industry.
- • Day to day, you’ll build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, establish and execute advanced onboarding and adoption strategies, identify and engage at-risk accounts, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Services, and uncover expansion opportunities through value discovery and strategic conversations.
- • You’ll join a collaborative, driven, global Customer Success organization devoted to providing world-class experiences, empowering customers to achieve their business goals while shaping internal best practices and scaling success through influence and innovation.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in customer lifecycle management, consultative engagement, and SaaS adoption strategies, while gaining exposure to Autodesk’s AEC, MFG, and M&E industries and contributing to sustainable revenue growth through customer loyalty and expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- • Proven track record of working independently while driving measurable impact
- • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- • Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
- • Familiarity with Autodesk customer industries (AEC, MFG, M&E)

- • Competitive base salary range of $72,000 to $128,260 for U.S.-based roles, with potential to exceed based on experience and location
