- • As a Customer Success Advisor at Autodesk, you will play a critical role in helping customers fully realize the value of their Autodesk solutions, directly contributing to improved revenue and sustainable company growth through continuous technology adoption.
- • Day to day, you will build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, establish and execute advanced onboarding and adoption strategies, identify and engage at-risk accounts using consultative skills, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services, deliver high-quality experiences that deepen satisfaction and loyalty, and uncover expansion opportunities through value discovery and strategic conversations.
- • You will join a collaborative, driven, global Customer Success organization dedicated to providing world-class experiences, empowering customers to achieve their business goals, and fostering loyalty through consistent, impactful engagement across the customer journey.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative selling, customer health monitoring, cross-functional influence, and SaaS adoption strategies, while shaping internal best practices and advancing your career in customer success within a market-leading design and manufacturing technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- • Proven track record of working independently while driving measurable impact
- • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- • Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
- • Familiarity with Autodesk customer industries (AEC, MFG, M&E)
