- • As a Customer Success Agent at Humana Inc., you will serve as a trusted partner to members navigating healthcare, ensuring positive experiences through expert guidance on plan benefits, enrollment, and issue resolution—directly impacting member retention and satisfaction in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
- • Day to day, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism, actively listen to uncover member needs, explain Medicare benefits and coverage, assess social determinants of health, and collaborate with care teams, sales, and service teams to support members through complex healthcare decisions.
- • You will join Humana’s MarketPoint organization, a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to over 10 million annual interactions, where your work contributes to putting members’ health first through personalized, compassionate support.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Medicare products, strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills, gain experience in cross-functional healthcare collaboration, and build a career path in customer success within a leading national healthcare company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active and valid Health Insurance License in your state of residence (required for eligibility)
- • 2+ years of experience working in a virtual or remote work environment
- • 2+ years of professional experience navigating multiple computer tools, systems, or screens
- • 2+ years of Medicare customer service or Medicare sales experience (telephonic/virtual preferred)
- • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain Medicare benefits and address the needs of Medicare and dual-eligible members
- • Bilingual in English and Spanish (speak, read, write fluently) – preferred qualification
