- • As a Customer Success Analyst on the Product team at Capital Rx, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of pharmacy prior authorization solutions by serving as a subject matter expert on Judi’s functionality and reporting capabilities.
- • Day to day, you will provide expert support on Judi’s prior authorization functions, translate reporting requirements for customers, support analytics for the prior authorization team, resolve critical reporting issues, present analysis results, assist in testing new Judi functionality, build cross-functional relationships, and deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
- • Capital Rx is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions to self-insured employers, operating under Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company focused on rebuilding trust in healthcare through its Enterprise Health Platform (EHP).
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare data analytics, PBM operations, and enterprise platform functionality while developing cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication skills, positioning you as a trusted expert across all domains of Judi.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent work experience
- • 2+ years of proven experience in data analytics and reporting
- • 2+ years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to easily pivot priorities
- • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
