- • Assist in running project deployments by shadowing experienced Customer Success Managers during kickoff, setup, and training sessions for major construction clients
- • Support the establishment and maintenance of weekly planning routines that drive project success and become foundational to client adoption of Aphex
- • Help activate users by guiding teams from weekly planning to daily coordination, increasing the frequency and impact of Aphex usage
- • Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders including Supervisors, Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers who act as champions for improved planning processes
- • Monitor project health metrics to identify adoption gaps, usage patterns, and opportunities to enhance client value delivery
- • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Account Executive in APAC to understand the full customer journey from initial project implementation to enterprise-wide scaling
- • Learn and apply Aphex’s proven Land & Expand Engine to drive value at the project level that leads to organizational expansion
- • Participate in daily and weekly team activities to develop skills in client engagement, problem-solving, and outcome-driven support
- • Track and report on user adoption trends and project progress to inform proactive interventions and ensure client retention
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by challenging existing processes and proposing improved ways of working based on firsthand client insights
- • Gain hands-on experience in a remote-first, fast-paced environment supporting billion-dollar infrastructure and building projects across Australia and the UK
- • Develop a deep understanding of how construction teams use technology to overcome chronic productivity challenges in a $10T global industry
- • Prepare for progression to Customer Success Manager within 6–9 months by mastering client onboarding, adoption strategy, and value articulation
- • Work directly with three Customer Success Managers who collectively oversee projects worth billions in construction value
- • Engage with a cross-functional team that includes sales, customer success, and product stakeholders to ensure holistic client support
- • Become part of a mission-driven team building the future of Australia’s roads, rail, tunnels, hospitals, and buildings through better planning technology
