Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Run end-to-end project deployments for major UK construction contractors, shadowing experienced Customer Success Managers during kickoffs and setups, then independently leading your own project onboarding and training sessions.
  • • Embed consistent weekly planning routines into contractor teams, helping planners, engineers, and project managers adopt Aphex as their central operating system for coordination and scheduling.
  • • Drive daily coordination workflows by transitioning teams from reactive planning to proactive, daily site-level alignment using Aphex tools to reduce delays and rework.
  • • Build trusted, credible relationships across all project levels—from site supervisors to project directors—earning buy-in through consistent value delivery and clear communication.
  • • Monitor project health in real time by tracking key signals and risk indicators within the Aphex platform, initiating corrective plays before issues escalate into costly delays.
  • • Collaborate directly with the UK Sales team to understand how customer success translates into account expansion, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities through customer engagement.
  • • Work alongside the global Customer Success team, including the APAC hub, to share insights, refine processes, and contribute to the evolving global playbook for construction project delivery.
  • • Use AI tools daily to enhance productivity—automating reporting, summarizing feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and refining communication workflows—with a critical understanding of where AI adds value and where human judgment is essential.
  • • Take ownership of improving processes without waiting for direction; identify broken workflows, resource gaps, or inefficiencies in the customer success playbook and propose actionable solutions.
  • • Learn the full Land & Expand Engine of Aphex through hands-on experience, not theoretical training, gaining exposure to high-value, multi-billion-pound construction projects from day one.
  • • Become a recognized point of contact for contractor teams, known for reliability, adaptability, and ability to translate technical features into tangible project outcomes.
  • • Support the scaling of the UK Customer Success Hub during a period of rapid growth, contributing to the foundational operations that enable expansion into new geographical markets.
  • • Deliver measurable improvements in project outcomes—reducing waste, minimizing delays, and decreasing pressure on construction teams—by ensuring Aphex is fully embedded in daily operations.
  • • Participate in live site visits and remote sessions with contractor teams, gaining firsthand insight into construction workflows and the real-world challenges faced by delivery teams.
  • • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, refining training materials, and mentoring peers as you progress toward full Customer Success Manager responsibilities.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving product features, market demands, and customer feedback, maintaining alignment with Aphex’s mission to transform a stagnant, low-productivity industry.
  • • Actively engage with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to relay customer insights and prioritize enhancements that directly impact project success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • You build trust quickly with people across all kinds of roles and seniority. You've held real relationships beyond the transaction. People you've worked with before still take your call.
  • • You've been thrown in over your head and figured it out. At least one specific story (probably more) of taking on something you weren't qualified for and getting up to speed fast.
  • • You don't wait to be asked. When you spot something that isn't working (a broken process, a missing resource, an awkward workflow), you take it on yourself to fix it.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays
  • • Bupa Health & Dental Care
  • • Pension contribution
  • • Parental leave
  • • Remote-first working with access to a WeWork office for in-person collaboration
  • • The right tools. MacBook Pro setup, modern tech stack, and AI tooling across the team
