📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Business Partner at Lyric Hospitality Inc., you will serve as the primary strategic contact for enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of the Lyric AI supply chain platform.
• • Day to day, you will lead quarterly business reviews, success planning sessions, and governance meetings; maintain relationships across customer personas from planners to senior executives; coordinate cross-functional delivery teams; and translate business pain points into prioritized solution approaches with measurable impact narratives.
• • Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built for supply chains, empowering Fortune 500 companies like Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola with out-of-the-box AI solutions and a platform-first approach that enables business and technical users to compose, customize, and extend supply chain decision intelligence.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in one of three strategic areas—modeling & analysis, planning & execution, or frontier AI/ML use cases—while advising customers, surfacing feedback to product teams, and achieving measurable outcomes that drive customer value and Lyric’s innovation roadmap.
