- • As a Customer Success Director within the Healthcare Vertical at First Advantage, you will be a pivotal member of our Account Management Team, driving significant revenue growth within a portfolio of our most strategic, named accounts. This is a highly consultative role focused on large account management, where you will leverage your expertise to expand the adoption of First Advantage's comprehensive suite of background screening and occupational health solutions.
- • Your primary objective will be to ensure and grow the revenue stream from these key accounts. This will be achieved through the meticulous development and ongoing maintenance of strategic account plans. These plans will not only detail customer information, industry nuances, and their specific risk history but will also outline the strategic deployment of resources necessary to drive deeper penetration of FA solutions across the enterprise.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions that address evolving customer needs and enhance their risk mitigation strategies. This involves a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition in a manner that resonates with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- • A critical aspect of this role is maintaining and growing the base revenue within your assigned accounts. This requires proactive engagement, a keen understanding of customer satisfaction drivers, and the ability to intervene effectively to resolve issues and ensure service levels are consistently met.
- • You will collaborate closely with customers, operations management, and technology teams to guarantee that service level agreements (SLAs) are not only met but exceeded. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for delivering a seamless and superior customer experience.
- • Program Management is a core component of your responsibilities. You will develop clear and thorough sales account plans, track revenue trends, identify and analyze sales opportunities, and proactively monitor competitive threats. Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives within your defined list of named accounts is paramount.
- • You will need to clearly demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of First Advantage's pricing structures, administrative procedures, and organizational capabilities. This knowledge will empower you to effectively articulate the unique benefits of FA solutions and provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries or implement solutions efficiently.
- • Maintaining a current and in-depth understanding of competitor offerings—including their pricing, product features, service levels, and solutions—is crucial for effectively positioning First Advantage and highlighting our competitive advantages.
- • You will be expected to prepare and deliver impactful quarterly and annual client business reviews, showcasing program performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for potential program enhancements.
- • Documenting and managing all action project plans for your assigned client base ensures accountability and facilitates smooth execution of initiatives.
- • Analyzing trends and proactively making recommendations on potential changes to customer programs demonstrates your strategic foresight and commitment to continuous improvement.
- • You will act as a key point of contact, intervening as required to ensure customer satisfaction and providing solutions to complex business problems by analyzing root causes and driving resolutions.
- • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of customers' background screening and/or occupational health programs, including scopes of work, account and package configurations, pricing, handling procedures, and adjudication matrices, is essential for providing expert guidance.
- • You will be encouraged to constantly seek, share, and implement best practices across the team and within your accounts.
- • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels is fundamental to providing superior service and solutions. This involves clear communication, thorough needs analysis, and a proactive approach to account management.
- • Internally, you will provide leadership within a heavily matrixed environment, effectively managing and coordinating several cross-functional resources to support your accounts.
- • Partnering closely with your internal account team to review program performance and identify areas for optimization is key to collective success.
- • Administratively, you will manage critical customer contractual documentation, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Schedule As, Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- • You will also manage contract renewals and lead proposal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), developing and delivering compelling unsolicited renewal proposals with clearly articulated value propositions.
- • Monitoring and reporting programs for customers will be an ongoing responsibility, ensuring transparency and providing valuable insights.
- • This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's unique compliance and risk management needs. You will be instrumental in shaping the success of our key healthcare clients and contributing to First Advantage's continued growth and leadership in the market.
