- • The Customer Success Engineer is a post-sales technical expert responsible for driving adoption, consumption, and measurable outcomes from deployed GenAI applications, serving as the technical bridge between developers and DataRobot’s platform to ensure customers maximize value.
- • Day to day, the role involves guiding customers through onboarding milestones, monitoring product usage and health, delivering technical enablement and training sessions, facilitating group learning workshops, translating technical functionality into business outcomes, and acting as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
- • The role operates within DataRobot’s Customer Success team, collaborating closely with Account Owners, Engagement Directors, and Professional Services to accelerate time-to-value, support expansion, and reduce churn risk through continuous enablement and use case optimization.
- • The individual can develop deep expertise in GenAI applications, LLMs, and AI platform adoption while building cross-functional influence, driving measurable business impact, and advancing their career in technical customer success within a leading enterprise AI company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solution Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Technical CSM, App Developer) in SaaS or enterprise software
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree a plus
- • Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English, encompassing both written and verbal communication skills
- • Familiarity with AI platforms, application lifecycle management, or data-centric solution delivery
- • Experience in supporting product adoption, managing customer success plans, and driving technical consumption
- • Understanding of GenAI application architectures and LLM implementations
