- • The Customer Success Engineer serves as the technical backbone for Customer Success Managers, providing on-demand technical and strategic support to help unlock the full value of Delinea’s identity security solutions for customers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance on product features and integrations, assisting in resolving stuck support cases or bugs by liaising with engineering and product teams, engaging in customer-facing discussions when escalated while ensuring the CSM remains the primary contact, focusing on issue-based assignments rather than long-term customer ownership, promoting knowledge transfer to CSMs to build their self-sufficiency, collaborating with CSM managers and the Director of Technical Success to prioritize work, documenting interactions and best practices for internal knowledge bases, and maintaining clear boundaries to avoid overlapping with Professional Services.
