- • As a Customer Success Engineer at Deepgram, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor to enterprise customers, aligning business goals with technical solutions through direct engagement with developers, engineers, and executives.
- • You will build and sustain customer relationships across all personas, conduct on-site visits to drive adoption, and own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to advocacy, ensuring Deepgram’s products are effectively integrated and adopted.
- • You will operate within The Heartbeat of Deepgram — a customer success team that combines technical expertise with commercial impact and an AI-native mindset to make Deepgram successful in customer environments.
- • You will continuously operate in discovery mode, translating customer issues into actionable requirements, building internal tools to eliminate recurring work, and leveraging AI-first workflows to amplify your impact across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success with a strong technical focus at innovative, API-driven technology companies.
- • Proven track record blending customer engagement with technical expertise, including experience running product demos, POCs, and identifying expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
- • Hands-on experience with APIs, developer workflows, and troubleshooting L1-style support issues, plus the ability to engage technical teams and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering).
- • Demonstrated ability to build internal tools, agents, or workflows that permanently eliminate recurring work, with evidence of such a contribution in your background.
- • An AI-native operating model: you routinely rebuild your work around AI tools and would be unwilling to revert to pre-AI methods of working.
