  • • Manage a lead pipeline of potential customers looking to sell their car via Carwow’s online auction platform.
  • • Review car listings uploaded by sellers for accuracy and completeness, proactively contacting sellers to correct omissions or errors before listing enters auction.
  • • Provide expert, market-informed advice to sellers to balance their price expectations with current market realities and maximize sale success.
  • • Clearly explain the end-to-end Carwow auction process to sellers, ensuring full understanding and commitment to selling through the platform.
  • • Handle customer objections and negotiations via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to resolve concerns and drive conversion.
  • • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all seller interactions to ensure seamless handovers to internal teams.
  • • Consistently meet individual targets for vehicles listed and pipeline conversion rates within the Sell My Car team.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable feedback and insights that contribute to product and process improvements.
  • • Work within the team’s operating hours of 9 am–7 pm, Wednesday to Sunday, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • • Operate in a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the Porto office.
  • • Demonstrate a proactive, customer-centric approach focused on helping sellers achieve successful vehicle sales.
  • • Utilize strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to ensure high-quality listing standards and timely follow-ups.
  • • Communicate effectively with sellers from diverse backgrounds, building rapport and trust through clear, empathetic interactions.
  • • Work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to enhance advice quality and seller confidence.
  • • Contribute to team performance through consistent target achievement and active participation in team goals.

  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • • Comfort working across multiple communication channels: phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
