- • Lead the Crypto Pod Solution Consulting team at Socure, driving vision, strategy, and execution for crypto and stablecoin verticals while serving as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation.
- • Manage and develop a team of Solution Consultants, conduct performance reviews, implement best practices, and design playbooks to streamline operations and measure success across strategic accounts.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure successful adoption and integration of Socure’s identity verification solutions in the crypto market.
- • Deepen expertise in crypto regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks while turning raw data into actionable insights to solve complex business problems and drive innovation in identity trust infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus
- • 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management within crypto, fintech, or related industries
- • Deep understanding of crypto market challenges, regulations, and business models
- • Proven track record of building and leading teams to achieve KPIs in solution consulting or technical sales
- • Strong client-facing and communication skills with ability to simplify complex solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
- • Ability to lead workshops, presentations, and client consultations; strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
