As a Customer Success Executive, you will serve as a critical, embedded partner within our client healthcare systems, embodying the spirit of a forward-deployed team akin to those found in top-tier consulting firms. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation, operationalization, and scaling of Hippocratic AI's groundbreaking solutions within real-world clinical environments.
  • • This role demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to be physically present at client sites multiple days each week. You will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and IT leaders, acting as the primary point of contact for post-sale execution. Your mission will be to drive measurable outcomes, foster strong user adoption, and facilitate durable, positive change within the complex landscape of healthcare delivery. You will be the tip of the spear for Hippocratic AI, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner to our valued clients.
  • • Key responsibilities include owning the entire post-sale delivery lifecycle. This encompasses detailed workflow discovery to thoroughly understand current processes, meticulous solution configuration to tailor our AI tools to specific needs, strategic rollout planning, and driving widespread adoption across nursing and broader clinical operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our technology seamlessly integrates into existing workflows, enhancing efficiency and patient care.
  • • Building and nurturing robust relationships is paramount. You will establish and maintain strong connections with healthcare staff at all levels, from front-line nurses to senior operational leaders and executive stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand diverse perspectives, and build trust will be crucial to your success in this client-facing role.
  • • You will lead product implementations with a sharp focus on aligning Hippocratic AI's solutions with established nursing workflows and operational processes. This involves not just deploying technology, but deeply understanding how it impacts the daily lives of healthcare professionals and patients. Training nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective and efficient use of our AI solutions will be a core function, ensuring ongoing adoption and the realization of measurable, sustained success.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve existing workflows and enhance patient care outcomes through the strategic application of AI tools. This focus extends from bedside care to broader healthcare operations, aiming to unlock new levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will manage the day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless communication channels are open and actively addressing any operational concerns or challenges that may arise. Your proactive approach will be key to maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • Collaboration is essential. You will work closely with internal Hippocratic AI teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering. Your role will involve relaying critical client feedback to influence product roadmap priorities, contributing to the continuous improvement of user experiences, and ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation.
  • • Establishing and rigorously tracking key performance metrics is vital. You will define and monitor metrics related to patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies. Presenting these results clearly and concisely to both client and internal stakeholders will demonstrate the tangible value and impact of Hippocratic AI's solutions.
  • • Extensive travel to healthcare facilities for onsite support, training, and strategic engagement is expected. You will also participate in strategic in-office sessions at Hippocratic AI headquarters, fostering team cohesion and contributing to company-wide initiatives. Furthermore, you will collaborate with client leadership teams to share best practices derived from AI implementation, potentially presenting at conferences and webinars on the transformative impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.
