  • • This role demands a hands-on, high-touch approach, requiring you to be physically present at client sites multiple days each week. You will collaborate directly with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure the successful implementation, operationalization, and scaling of Hippocratic AI's groundbreaking solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to own the post-sale execution, driving measurable outcomes, fostering strong user adoption, and facilitating durable, positive change within real-world clinical environments. You will act as the primary point of contact and execution lead for Hippocratic AI within your assigned health systems, working in close partnership with the Customer Success Director.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and seamless integration of our AI tools. You will be instrumental in configuring solutions to align perfectly with existing nursing and clinical operations, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum benefit. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to training nursing teams and other healthcare professionals, empowering them to leverage Hippocratic AI solutions effectively and achieve sustained success. This includes not only initial training but also ongoing support and reinforcement to embed AI into the fabric of patient care.
  • • Building and nurturing robust relationships across all levels of the client organization is paramount. You will engage with front-line staff, operational managers, executive leadership, and IT departments, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and a reliable execution partner. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand diverse perspectives, and build consensus will be key to driving adoption and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying and championing opportunities to enhance patient care outcomes and streamline healthcare operations through the strategic application of AI. This includes focusing on critical areas such as bedside care, administrative processes, and broader operational efficiencies. By understanding the unique challenges and goals of each health system, you will tailor our solutions to deliver maximum impact.
  • • Collaboration with internal Hippocratic AI teams, including product development, sales, and engineering, is essential. You will serve as the voice of the customer, relaying valuable client feedback to influence product roadmap priorities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our user experience. Your insights will directly shape the future of our AI solutions.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves establishing and rigorously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our implementations. This includes monitoring patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and improvements in operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for presenting these results clearly and compellingly to both client stakeholders and internal teams, demonstrating the tangible value Hippocratic AI delivers.
  • • You will also play a role in knowledge sharing, collaborating with client leadership to disseminate best practices derived from AI implementation. This may involve presenting at industry conferences, webinars, or internal client forums, showcasing the transformative impact of AI in nursing and health system operations. This thought leadership component positions Hippocratic AI and its partners as leaders in the AI healthcare space.
  • • This role requires extensive travel to healthcare facilities for onsite support, training, and strategic engagement. You will also participate in periodic strategic in-office sessions at Hippocratic AI headquarters, fostering team cohesion and contributing to company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating autonomously, taking initiative, and driving results in a client-embedded, fast-paced environment.
