Customer Success Executive (Mountain West Region)

📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Executive for the Mountain West Region, you will serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems, driving the successful implementation and adoption of Hippocratic AI’s safety-focused generative AI platform in clinical environments.
• • You will spend multiple days per week onsite at client locations, leading post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations while building trusted relationships with front-line staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Hippocratic AI, the leader in healthcare-specific generative AI, backed by $404M in funding from top-tier investors including Avenir Growth, CapitalG, General Catalyst, a16z, and others, working alongside physicians, AI pioneers, and experts from institutions like Johns Hopkins, Stanford, Google, and NVIDIA.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare AI implementation, lead cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams, establish and present measurable outcomes on patient care and operational efficiency, and grow as a trusted advisor shaping the future of safe AI in healthcare delivery.
