- • As a Customer Success Executive - Payors at Hippocratic AI, you will serve as the primary point of contact for health plan clients, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes through the deployment of our safe, autonomous clinical AI solutions. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our payer portfolio by building trusted relationships with stakeholders in clinical operations, utilization management, care management, and executive leadership.
- • Day to day, you will lead onboarding and implementation of AI-driven products, train health plan staff on solution functionality, identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and member outcomes, manage ongoing client communications, define success metrics tailored to payer use cases, and partner with internal teams to ensure product performance meets client expectations and regulatory standards. You will also participate in industry forums to share thought leadership on AI in payer operations.
