📋 Description

• • As the Customer Success Lead for APAC, you will lead a team of experienced Customer Success professionals across ANZ, Japan, Korea, and South + North Asia, driving post-sales excellence, retention, and expansion while balancing people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact.
• • You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CS team, own regional NRR performance and retention goals, act as a player-coach managing priority accounts, and model best-in-class success practices in complex renewal and expansion cycles.
