  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Zip, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them transform their B2B procurement processes through the Zip platform, driving measurable value, adoption, and long-term loyalty in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • • You will partner with customers across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Privacy/Compliance teams to define business outcomes, champion product adoption, and ensure continuous value delivery through strategic enablement, training, and proactive risk management.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Renewals teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements, manage account health using data-driven insights, and support renewal goals while contributing to the evolution of Customer Success processes in an early-stage, innovative company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or strategic consulting, preferably within B2B SaaS environments.
  • • Procurement experience (sourcing, vendor management, or related functions) and familiarity with procurement technologies including ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa), HRIS (e.g., Workday), CLM, GRC, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
