- • As a Customer Success Manager at Abacum, you will be a trusted partner and advocate for customers, ensuring successful product adoption, driving ROI, and fostering long-term retention for key clients in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building long-term relationships with CFOs and finance/FP&A teams, leading strategy calls and executive business reviews, serving as the quarterback of the customer experience, and collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to align solutions with customer goals and drive account expansion.
- • Abacum is a global leader in Business Planning solutions for finance teams, founded in 2020 by former CFOs, with over 100 employees across 30+ nationalities and headquarters in New York, plus offices in London and Barcelona. The company has raised over $100M, including a $60M Series B in June 2025, and is trusted by industry leaders such as Dish Networks, Strava, BetterUp, and Kajabi.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success metrics, data-driven decision making, and B2B SaaS account management while contributing to Abacum’s mission of shifting finance teams from number crunching to strategic decision-making.
