- • Manage a portfolio of prioritized customers, working closely with their product, engineering, and senior stakeholder teams to ensure successful adoption and retention of Enode’s Connect, Optimize, and Flex products.
- • Own the full post-sales customer journey—from product onboarding and integration through launch and scaling—while testing and refining customer success strategies to maximize customer impact.
- • Build and shape the Customer Success function at Enode from the ground up, defining processes, systems, and tooling that will scale with the company’s growth.
- • Collaborate directly with Product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements, ensuring Enode’s infrastructure aligns with real-world customer needs.
- • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize the customer journey from initial engagement through long-term success and expansion.
- • Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, supported by Customer Engineers and Account Executives.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for key energy retailers, utilities, and traders, building trust-based relationships across technical and executive levels.
- • Contribute to defining the playbook for Customer Success at Enode, as the team is small and the role has high influence over future operations and culture.
- • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where initiative, ownership, and first-principles thinking are required to solve complex problems without established processes.
- • Support the energy transition by enabling customers to build consumer energy products that save end users money, balance the grid, and integrate distributed energy resources like EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries.
- • Engage with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem to ensure seamless integration of Enode’s API with 1000+ devices across 80+ brands.
- • Participate in three annual off-sites with the team in exciting locations to foster collaboration and company culture.
- • Utilize a stipend to set up a home office that supports effective remote work across Europe.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe, with optional access to an office in Oslo or on-demand co-working passes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer success at a fast-growing startup, or applicable experience in management consulting with a start-up, technology, or energy focus.
- • Proven ability to manage customer relationships across technical and executive levels, with strong communication and trust-building skills.
- • Start-up mindset with high agency, drive, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience building processes and systems from scratch.
- • Analytical thinker who diagnoses problems at a first-principles level before escalating.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
