  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Kpler, you will be responsible for ensuring clients derive maximum value from our data-driven platforms in the commodities, energy, and maritime sectors, directly contributing to client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, conducting regular business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (product, sales, support), and driving adoption of Kpler’s solutions through tailored onboarding, training, and proactive issue resolution.
  • • You will join a global, mission-driven team of over 700 experts across 35+ countries, united by a commitment to transforming complex global trade data into clear, actionable insights that empower clients to make faster, smarter decisions in volatile markets.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in commodity and energy markets, strengthen your stakeholder management and consultative selling skills, and gain exposure to cutting-edge data analytics platforms — positioning you for growth into senior customer success, account management, or leadership roles within a fast-scaling international B2B tech company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • • Experience working with data-driven platforms or analytics tools, preferably in commodities, energy, finance, or related industries
  • • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and follow-through
  • • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus
  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
