- • As a Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring value realization through the Workato platform, driving adoption, retention, and growth across diverse industries and business functions.
- • Day to day, you will develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, conduct executive business reviews, create joint success plans, monitor outcome achievement, serve as the primary escalation point, and collaborate internally to champion customer needs and unlock expansion opportunities.
