- • As a Customer Success Manager at Onit, Inc., you will support a diverse portfolio of customers and drive strong outcomes in adoption, engagement, and long-term success, playing a critical role in delivering value through customer engagement, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day to day, you will work closely with customers to ensure a seamless experience, help them maximize the value of Onit’s AI-powered legal operations platform, and collaborate with internal teams to address needs and drive product adoption and satisfaction.
