📋 Description

• As a Customer Success Manager at Delinea, you will own and grow customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customers realize value from Delinea’s Identity Security Platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of securing human and machine identities.
• Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact, drive onboarding and adoption, lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews, proactively identify at-risk accounts, and develop cross-functional remediation plans while nurturing customer advocacy.
• You will join a passionate, global team at Delinea, a pioneer in intelligent, centralized authorization, backed by TPG, with a culture rooted in STRONG values—Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, and Global—dedicated to innovation, diversity, and fairness in securing modern enterprises.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cybersecurity and privilege access management, strengthen executive stakeholder engagement, master cross-functional collaboration, and grow your impact in driving customer outcomes, renewals, and expansions within a high-growth security leader.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role
• Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and building relationships with executive sponsors
• Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
