  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare, you will be a trusted advisor and central point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve strategic business goals and realize value from the Contentsquare platform throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • • You will develop long-term relationships with operational sponsors and executive-level contacts, drive product adoption and utilization, build data-driven success plans aligned with client KPIs, and collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • • Contentsquare is a global leader in experience analytics with a presence in 15 offices worldwide, committed to creating an inclusive workplace where individuals are daring, understanding, and deliberate, and where complex digital journeys are made simpler for customers and their end-users.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS customer success, sharpen your strategic and data-driven decision-making, influence product direction through customer feedback, and grow as a leader and ambassador for Contentsquare in the Southeast market and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in high-touch enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting
  • • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders
  • • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including structured, emotionally intelligent, and engaging delivery
  • • Experience with digital solutions and strong knowledge of analytics, ideally including product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven businesses
  • • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve business goals and growth
  • • Proactive, ownership-minded approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
