  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Dagster Labs, you will own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on the Dagster platform. This role is critical to driving long-term customer value, retention, and expansion by partnering closely with Account Executives to align technical adoption with business goals in a high-touch, outcome-driven model.
  • • You will drive activation, adoption, value realization, and goal attainment for your assigned accounts, working proactively to ensure customers successfully implement and scale their use of Dagster and Dagster+. This includes conducting business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating platform usage into measurable business impact for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • • You will partner closely with an Account Executive who owns commercial outcomes (renewals, expansion, business alignment), forming a strategic CS+AE partnership where you focus on customer health and value delivery while the AE focuses on contractual and commercial growth—creating a seamless experience that maximizes retention and expansion potential.
  • • You will operate with significant autonomy, prioritizing competing demands across multiple enterprise and mid-market accounts while maintaining a strong analytical mindset to translate usage data, adoption metrics, and customer feedback into actionable insights and value narratives that resonate with both engineers and business leaders.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high standards at Dagster Labs—a small, well-funded team known for shipping software that developers love—where your work directly impacts how organizations build reliable, scalable data platforms for analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS customer success, data platform adoption, and enterprise stakeholder management, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge data orchestration technologies and helping shape the future of how teams build intelligent systems—positioning you for growth into senior leadership or strategic customer-facing roles within high-growth tech environments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS, with a proven track record of driving adoption and customer outcomes
  • • Experience managing mid-market and enterprise accounts, including the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business personas
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate usage and outcomes into clear business value, supported by excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level engagement
